Refund Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your original order date. No return shipment is required. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Your request must be submitted within 60 calendar days of your original purchase date.
  • The guarantee applies to first-time purchases and first subscription billing of each product.
  • Subsequent subscription charges after the first order are refundable within 30 days of each charge date if you have not yet received the shipment, or within 15 days of delivery if the product is returned unused and sealed.
  • Promotional or bundled items received as free gifts with purchase are not independently refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@buyrejuvaflexonline.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]."
  2. Include your full name, order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your request (optional but helpful).
  3. We will respond within 1 business day to confirm receipt and approve your refund.
  4. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

3. Refund Amount

Approved refunds are for the full product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.). If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, no shipping deduction applies.

4. Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will ship a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund at your preference.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@buyrejuvaflexonline.com and include a photograph of the item and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the item cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue, including replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Subscription Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future billing — it does not automatically generate a refund for orders already processed.

  • If you cancel before an order is shipped, you will receive a full refund for that cycle.
  • If you cancel after an order is shipped, the 60-day guarantee applies to your first order; subsequent orders are governed by our standard subscription refund terms above.
  • There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
