Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, weather, and location. Aurora Peak Commerce LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders that include 3 or more jars (any bundle combination). Free shipping for subscription orders is applied per the terms shown at checkout and in your subscription confirmation.

Subscription Order Shipping

Subscription orders are processed and shipped on your billing date, subject to the standard 1–2 business day processing window. You will receive a tracking number by email for each subscription shipment. If you need to update your shipping address before a subscription order ships, please do so through your account portal or contact us at least 2 business days before your next billing date.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories at this time. International shipping is not available.

PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS standard shipping. Expedited and priority shipping options may not be available to PO Box addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@buyrejuvaflexonline.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your mailbox area.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@buyrejuvaflexonline.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Aurora Peak Commerce LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. We encourage customers to ensure their shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

Incorrect Address

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us at support@buyrejuvaflexonline.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed for shipment. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
